Das Projekt bestand aus einem interaktiven Teil mit Beteiligung der Öffentlichkeit, der Publikation eines Buches mit den eingesandten Geschichten und der Installation im Oberen Schloss Greiz.

Ausgangspunkt war die fiktive Meldung, dass im Vogtland Erdöl gefunden wurde. Durch Funk, Netz und Zeitung verbreitet, wurde um das Einsenden von Geschichten gebeten. Wie soll damit umgegangen werden? Der erfundene Riese Dreibart, der schon im Wandbild in der Vogtlandhalle aufgetaucht war, wurde als möglicher Akteur und Projektionsfläche ins Spiel gebracht.

The project consisted of an interactive part with participation of the people, the publication of a book with the stories beeing sent in by the people, and this installation at the castle in Greiz, Thuringen, Germany.

Departing point was the ficticious announcement, that crude oil was discovered in Vogtland, a region in south east Germany. That was communicated through the media. It was asked to send short stories in, about how to deal with the discovery. The invented mythological figure of Thre-bearded was brough into play as a screen or potential actor in that narrations.
